Qualified in 1969, Peter Dulley has over 30 years experience
of 
property matters gained in local government and private practice. Since 1990
he has successfully built up his own consultancy practice based in Bromley but
with over a thousand clients located throughout Greater London, the South-East
and beyond.
The size of our practice means that we can give personal
attention to all our clients. We recognise that each client’s case is of
paramount importance to them and we are prepared to give time and effort to
listen to and address their concerns.
For clients to feel they have received value for money is
one of our principal aims. So, for the most part, our fees are related directly
to the successful outcome of the work undertaken. Where an hourly rate is more
appropriate we will advise you of our hourly charges which are keenly
competitive.
RATING
The
2000 Revaluation is likely to see further rises in this tax. Peter Dulley has
undertaken several thousand appeals against rating assessments in the last 25
years and can provide comprehensive advice on this complex subject.
RENT REVIEWS AND LEASE RENEWALS
With over 30 years experience in this field we shall be
pleased to advise upon rental levels before acquiring new premises or negotiate
on behalf of landlords or tenants when leases come up for renewal or rent review.
VALUATIONS
When
considering purchasing or renting premises, for loan security or accounts we
shall be pleased to provide you with a written report and valuation.
SURVEYS
We
are able to undertake building surveys of any property you are contemplating
acquiring by purchase or lease, commercial or residential.
DILAPIDATIONS
We
can advise tenants whether landlords’ requirements for repairs during or at the
end of leases are reasonable, supervise works or settle claims. Conversely we
can prepare schedules for landlords and settle claims with their tenants.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We
can manage commercial or residential properties, including rent and service
charge collections, overseeing lease renewals and rent reviews, ensuring that
buildings are properly maintained and generally dealing with tenants.
